I think it is tough to predict how this lawsuit will be received in Albany -- at both the executive and legislative level -- and we will have to wait and see. Hopefully, the lawsuit and the recent UFC/FOX deal continue to give the sport positive mainstream media coverage.
Ultimately, as you know if you follow this blog, I believe this favorable mainstream media coverage will continue to positively influence public perception and will be critical in the fight to legalize MMA in New York.
